RAC run Saturday April 3rd,  7:15 AM
New and improved (no railroad crossings) Med city marathon (a good chunk of the) route.
aid stations at Kutzky, FMC, Slatterly park,and northgate.
Med city will have another loop at the end of it down to Apache mall and back but for the RAC run it just got too long to include it.

No long run at the RAC Saturday April 12th
we strongly suggest signing up for the Fetzer 20K to end hunger. the Fetzer is a great gauge to find out how your doing after the (way too) long cold winter!
