This is a good practice course for anyone running the med city marathon.
it covers the last 3/4 of the route starting at Cascade lake. med city has a lot of twist and turns so it's nice to run it once first.

Please sign up for the Fetzer 20K. It's a great race and good gage to see how the winter months affected your run. (need more training or are right on schedule)
