Fall marathon training starts this Saturday June 25th
Note 7 AM start
also I'll be covering the water stop and I may move the stop across the road (7th) to the silver lake swim pool parking lot, so my kids can play at the park.

Securing a seat next to Paul at a social gathering was a coveted prize; you were assured an entertaining experience. A source of continuous laughter has left us. Our hearts go out to his family.

If your looking for something interesting to do with the family this weekend the Rochester Astronomy club is having an outreach that is open to the public at Mayo high school (door 6) on Friday night(backup on Saturday)starting at 8 pm. There will be around a dozen manned telescopes, All of volunteers enjoy sharing information about what you will be looking at and all of them have a wealth of knowledge they are willing to share not only with kids but also with those who are kids at heart.

this is a little different at the start from the map that is handed out but I made it so the distance was the same. I'll caulk this route.

this was going to be the notoriously long run down Pinewood road that ended up being 22 miles so I thought this would be a good time to try out the new med city marathon course since it is so much different this year.
you can run the full at 22 miles
or go to water stop 4 then back on 4th ave to get 18.5
or go to water stop 4 twice with a solder field loop and then back on 4th for 20.5

Last week it I was brought to my attension that the route was not unlocked for the public to view more detail (view full map) I think i have it fixed, if anyone has a problem with it now let me know.
