this is a little different at the start from the map that is handed out but I made it so the distance was the same. I'll caulk this route.

this was going to be the notoriously long run down Pinewood road that ended up being 22 miles so I thought this would be a good time to try out the new med city marathon course since it is so much different this year.
you can run the full at 22 miles
or go to water stop 4 then back on 4th ave to get 18.5
or go to water stop 4 twice with a solder field loop and then back on 4th for 20.5

It's called out as an 18 miler on the handout map but it's 20 with one big hill
