there is no long run starting at the RAC this weekend (Aug 25th)
everyone is encouraged to compete in the Rochester half marathon.
It's a new route this year.

Saturday morning marathon training run from the RAC Aug 18th 7AM
Lin just told me she ran down pinewood rd and it was open enough that runners could go through, so it will be a runners choice of either 20 or the old school 22 miler (thats what I'll be doing). for "only twenty" you can run down the new 20th st instead of pinewood rd. that will make it 20 miles not 22. .
