RAC run Saturday Aug 31, 7 am
Half marathoners will complete the route through the second aid station and then go to the north west side of silver lake then back on 14th st.
aid stations are at Walmart north, river west park, Parkwood park, and silver lake by the fire station.

There is no RAC run this Saturday the Aug 24th. Everyone is encouraged to run the Rochester half marathon.

RAC run Saturday Aug. 17th 7 am.
Half marathoners will cut off at Slatterly park and take 9th st west to the 4th aid station at soldiers field then take 4th ave north to 2nd st west to west circle and back to the RAC.
Marathoners to do the whole thing!  And for some old schoolers you can go out on the south side loop  to pinewood rd. and over to 30th ave before going back to the Bear Creek aid station if you want to do a 22 miler.

RAC run Saturday Aug 10th, 7 AM.
we get a little hill work out in this one, half marathoners will go back after the second aid station along the hwy 52 frontage road then left on 2nd st to west circle and then back to the RAC.
Aid Stations are at Andy's liquor at country club manor, the bottom of Bailey hills (south side), the Gardens next to the trail, and silver lake (east side). looks like its close to 20 miles.
