RAC run for Saturday July 20th, 7 AM
This is a 15 mile route for full marathon training and 8 miles for half.
half marathoners will go to the first aid station at silver lake and then go back. full marathoners will continue on to the second aid station next to where we cross college view road just past Quarry hill nature center then aid station #3 at soldiers field, and #4 behind wild bills bar&grill restaurant.
unlike the last time we ran this route (spring training) we should not have to worry about the trail being ice covered!
