RAC run 4/5/2014
this is one of my favorites (little bit of hill work)
aid stations at Andys (CC manor), bottom of Baihly hills dr., Zumbro Gardens, and Silver lake (East end).
Half marathoner will go to the second aid station and go back via Hwy 52 frontage rd to 2nd st then back out to west circle dr and back to the RAC

RAC run for Saturday March 29th 7:15 am
This is a 15 mile route starting from the RAC
aid stations are at Silver lake, the roundabout at UCR, soldiers field, and Kutzy park
from Kutzy park we may need to go back on 2nd street, I think the trail going through Cascade lake will still be snowed (or iced) in.

RAC (JDRF Pancake) run Saturday March 22, 7:15 AM
This route gives us the option to combine our long run with the opportunity to help fight Type_1 Diabetes with a pancake feed at the Bear Den in Byron.
If you choose to participate in the pancake feed you will complete the route ending at the Bears Den in Byron. and will get shuttled back to the RAC after eating.
If you do not chose to participate in the pancake feed at the last aid station turn around and go back to the RAC.
the cost of the pancake breakfast is $7 with proceeds going to support Type_1 Diabetes
Randy Quint and Tom O'leary will be shuttling people from the Byron back to the RAC. Also if you want dry clothes to change into at the Bears Den Randy will be take them to Byron for you, Just give him your bag before the run starts.
